We will explain which qualitative and fundamental factors are crucial for analyzing and evaluating fast-growing technology companies. - Discussion of Key Evaluation Criteria:
We will present the ten most important criteria, including business model scalability, ARR as a percentage of revenue, and R&D expenditure ratio. - Introduction to Our Scoring System:
Learn how we systematically assess and select innovative companies. - Understanding the “Rule of 40”:
We will explain how to optimally balance growth and profitability. The Rule of 40 is a widely used metric in the SaaS sector: a company’s revenue growth rate plus its profit margin should equal or exceed 40%. This benchmark helps investors identify companies that strike a healthy balance between rapid growth and financial discipline.
After the round table, we warmly invite you to join us for an apéro to deepen the exchange in a relaxed atmosphere and make new contacts.
