The NextGenTec portfolio only selects companies with high sales growth. Strong sales growth is an indicator that a company is able to convince customers and gain market share. This in turn shows that the company is implementing an effective and successful business strategy. Sales growth must be at least 20 percent.
Shares with high momentum are weighted most heavily.
Investors analyze the shares on an ongoing basis. Their assessment of a company is therefore constantly reflected in the current share price. A strongly rising share price is an indication that investors are convinced by the company and its management. A scoring system is used which takes absolute and relative momentum into account.
